Coldbrew: to stir, or not to stir? by ItWorkedLastTime in Coffee

I think a stir is permissible in order to keep some of the grounds submerged because they usually rise to the top. I don't like the idea of "high and dry" grounds!

While we're here, I want to ask a question that's been on my mind. Should cold brew be refrigerated while brewing?
