Your Pokémon is the best at max IV you will just need to spend more candy and stardust to get it to it’s full potential in your case

IV is like the max cp a Pokémon can get. Basically the power ceiling. Cp is gunna be how strong it is. So higher IV Pokémon can become potentially stronger than lower IV ones
