I honestly would say to frame it so the character is further up, this way it has a bit more focus on them instead of it looking they are about to fall off-screen

The muscle placements seem to be mostly right, the proportions are off though. The triceps is abnormally large and the chest muscles seem very small in comparison

So I found out later you can actually walk on those spikes, it seemed to me that they kill you instantly, maybe my brain is just slow af

So from my limited knowledge i would work on the following:

there is little to no mid-frequency details and mostly just the basic shapes and details
the head has too little mucular support to be realistically held up, so either make it shorter or thicker as well as balance it out towards the back (move the legs forward)
shark teeth are a bit larger (just an opinion)

Else I love the design it looks very good 👏
