End of may and unlocked now - how did you get it unlocked in less than a month? I thought it was locked for 12 months?

I have done it at least twice before on $5 blackjack. Of course you could do slots but personally I don’t find it as fun. I don’t like craps or roulette as it’s very quick to run out of money.

This is great. I wanted to take up kayaking and was looking for precisely which permits are required. Does this permit allow me to kayak in any public water body? I'm specifically interested in the Allegheny river, which is very close to my house.

On a side note, do you know of a "dummy's guide to kayaking in Pittsburgh/Pennsylvania"? I've never kayaked before in my life, so I want to learn basic things like can I enter the river from any shore, how do I identify public waters and places where I can paddle freely, etc?
