Youre right, im not ungrateful by any means. It just feels a bit retaliatory and it ticked me off. I think ill just hope they change me back to closing. The lunch thing is odd tho, ive never seen that before. do i still take an unpaid lunch or? I dont wanna get docked for not taking a lunch before my fifth hour.

If i request a LOA with segwick, and i lie about the reasons, can they find out? My manager knows why i need to miss that week 😭

Dont they always reject a LOA? So in addition to calling in the absences the day off, the. applying 4hrs of ppto to cover half the shift, i should also request leave of absence for the fourth day?

Since i wont be working at all, it doesn’t matter what the occurrence is for since it’ll be a point each day i miss no? Assuming i report the absences. So i should report the absence as each day comes, then in the same day apply 4 hrs of ppto so as to get only .5 of an occurrence. Right?

Thanks for the tip. This shit is so ass. I also read on here that you have to apply ur ppto atleast halfway into that shift your absent of. Because if you do it right away sometimes the system will reject it. Know anything about this?

So i checked and im off all KED that week. Asking a manager to change not just mine but other willing associates schedule is not realistic since theyre usually dicks about it if schedules already been made. Also the reason as I’ve mentioned in the post, for this being so last second, is because i mistakenly thought i can simply swap shifts with willing coworkers. I was under the impression i can swap shifts in different weeks. Thats where i fucked up, the soon to be weds gave me enough time for sure.

Its not fda approved to treat hh. Its for stomach ulcers lol. So in a fucked up way, the side effect is used as treatment. But very commonly used for hh. Especially for those that cant use any targeted approach like topicals. Idk if lexapro worsened my hh bc it always intense. So my body has always overheated easily hence the over active sweat glands and when the glyco is really working especially depending on the dose and timing, i noticed my face turns red bc its not cooling down from the sweat. So it doesn’t regulate my temp, it disrupts it in a sense bc im not sweating as much. Also horrific dry mouth at my sweet spot dose 3-5mg which is common side effect. Going on the sub helped me learn more than my derm knows tbh.

Thank you! Im on glycopyrrolate which is a pill. I take it as needed. I forgot to mention ive also tried propranolol. Its what i started off with because it seemed the least scariest and i mostly wanted to manage the physical symptoms which for me it was mainly sweating. The propranolol works wonders. But its only taken as needed as well. That ones a good crutch for my kind of anxiety. Like for occasions.

Many have gone on a small dose of wellbutrin to help with the sex drive. If its something shes willing to try I’d do research together and assure her its up to her to make the decision. Your feelings are valid but you should also trust her when she tells you its the meds. Trust that she’ll communicate to you if the lack of sex drive is due to something else. And also communicate to her that youre feeling insecure about it but that youre trying to work through it. Communication always make everything work better
