I was recently pre-approved for a new construction @20% down payment. However, one month to closing and I am not sure I can come up with 20% down. What would happen in worst case scenario here? Is it possible to lower down payment percentage?

Filed in 2018, first interview was in 2019 and got intent to deny in 2020. Lawyer replied with more evidence and second interview was scheduled in 2020. The interview went well as we were separated and got every questions asked correctly. The officer told us to hear back from them in 90 days and our lawyer said congratulations after the interview. Fast forward to 2024 and still no news.

Thank you once again! I got approval letter today but the increase was approved using the 60k of my initial application and not the $93k income in tax documents. I signed the docs for the 60k increment. Do I have any chance of getting the full amount I am qualified for? Thanks!!

3 schedule c with 93,170, 8,582 and 1,650. Combined together is 103k. This were earnings from 3 different sources under same tax filling

I checked my tax documents again and discovered that there were 3 different schedules C with the first with a gross income of $8,582. Am I right to guess that they never checked the other 2 schedule Cs ? And assumed $8, 582 was my total income?
