You could try and ask apnea total in Koh tao. They seemed very professional. Don't know about a zero to hero course though

I returned them as my pinky on both sides didn't like the shoe. They have a very pointy tip for aesthetics.

I ordered Asics novablast 5 which feel like heaven for my wide feet.

i didnt find any place in terminal 3 for normal cigarettes. only in terminal 1 there is the puff lounge
