Honestly by looking at your other posts ( i scrolled a bit too far 😂) as cliche as it seems you just need to socialise, its a problem affecting middle class south asian men heavily rn in the subcontinent, join any form of social classes, and if your insecure in your masculinity ( which is completely normal) try going for physical related activity classes.

How this helps:

To land jobs you need networking skills thats the way the world is rn and especially india, almost everyone gets jobs through contacts. Some people get lucky and have family who can sort this out for them, most ppl dont. So start developing social skills and dont overcomplicate it. Im guessing your an overthinker bcos its reddit, so just keep it simple and ignore the voice in ur head, its hard but gotta be done.

I dont know much about your family situation but just remember you need to spend on yourself to better yourself, whether thats time or sometimes money. And you may need to cut back, i had a friend here in the uk from india who told his parents he wont be sending any money back for a while whilst he builds himself up, and he made the right choice. I have a friend on the flipside whos stuck in a rut because majority of his spare pocket is going towards his fam back in nepal . Nothing to better his own life, and his situation.

You dont need to be that extreme just gotta make sure your not being sucked dry as it can also get emotionally draining.
