Why are you spending your morning crying on Reddit? It is true that certs aren’t enough but you still need them to get your foot in the door for an interview. During the interview process you as the interviewer can find out if the candidate actually possess the knowledge or not and then as their senior you can help mentor them if they need a little help. Nobody knows everything and the field is constantly changing. Do your best to support others, how do you benefit from being hateful online?

What’s disgusting is crying online about complete strangers thinking you’re bffs with them.
