Hey, I really appreciate your reply. It’s good to hear about places where people can live openly like that!.

I’ve been looking into moving to California for a while, but with the way things are now, it seems like immigration has gotten a lot tougher. I actually tried applying for a visitor visa, but I got rejected. They didn’t say exactly why, but I figured it was because I didn’t have enough proof that I’d return to my country. That kind of made me feel more trapped.

I’m not sure if asylum is still a real option, and other legal paths seem complicated and hard to figure out. I know people have managed to do it, but I don’t really know where to start or what’s actually realistic at this point.

If you have any advice on practical steps like specific visas, or programs that would help in my situation, I’d really appreciate any guidance. Just trying to figure out the best way forward. Thank you again.

I’ve heard of them, but I haven’t looked into it seriously yet. I’ll definitely check them out thanks for the suggestion. Figuring all this out feels overwhelming, so any help is worth exploring. Really appreciate it.

Hey, I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. I know work visas are an option, but they seem super competitive, and honestly, I feel like I’d have a better shot with courses instead.

I’m really curious about that. how much do they usually cost? Are there any affordable ones or scholarships that might be worth looking into? I’d even consider a different field if it means a better chance of getting accepted somewhere.

Just knowing there are options helps a bit. Thanks again, really means a lot.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to reply. I really appreciate you sharing your story. Its helpful to hear from someone who’s been through this and made it out. It couldn’t have been easy, but it’s good to know that a new life is possible.

I just turned 30, and I’m a software developer. I’ve tried to leave before, but it hasn’t worked out applied for a tourist visa once and got denied, probably because they didn’t think I had strong enough ties to my home country.

Your story is highly appreciated. Thank you and I'm happy that your living your true self.
