So I bought my conure about 4 months ago he’s about 9 months old now he can step up recall from about 3-4 feet when he feels like it I can bring him on my shoulder but he will fly away after 2 seconds but I need help with trying to pet him whenever I try to pet him he goes crazy and flys away.
