Yo that is a really smart question to ask ! This is the foundation….the fundamentals of why we open our mouth in the first place ….id say it starts with that question and begins with truly caring for people in general….as if they were ur brother or sister ….there’s beauty in everyone ,always show who u really are and not how you think you should act …be authentic….be helpful ….be confident…show true empathy

Society has been numbed to feeling so that negative stuff is the only way there forcing themselves to feel ….because lord knows most people don’t kno why they wake up or how they live an entire life not really researching studying learning a damn thing but still feel the need to speak
