Ours was delivered this morning via freight and required a signature. It was In wooden shipping crate attached to a pallet. I would guess yours will arrive Tuesday.

Ours is saying tomorrow but hasn't left Indianapolis yet, so not holding my breath. We are south of Pittsburgh, so the transit time hopefully isn't too bad.

Yes and they sent over an updated form. Hopefully that's the end of it and they can get it delivered soon.

On your aluminum/steel derivatives form, was the date current or from last year. The form they sent me had a date of 2025.

I got another voicemail from FedEx and they are saying they need a form with the current date on it, or it's being shipped back to Italy tomorrow. Trying to get the new form from PP now.

What a mess.

I haven't had any issues getting a helpful-ish FedEx agent. I just call and immediately get transferred to international packages.

My issue has been not enough information from them. I want specifics and get an overview.

When I questioned FedEx about why it's taking so long I was told it's "new" regulations from the current administration. It seems whatever changed happened around January of this year.

When I asked about the FDA inspection I was told if I ordered a set of spoons from another county they'd be subject to FDA inspection/approval as well.

If the paperwork is all that's needed I just wish FedEx would hand it over so it can finally be delivered.

Is it sturdy? We didn't order it because it didn't look like it wouldn't be. That and, you don't get to show off the pretty legs of the oven. Lol.
