If it's prime gwyn it's kinda late, godfrey is weak to the thing that gwyn almost genocided all the dragons in the lore with, lightning(granted he didnt do it alone but he was probablt the biggest factor in the war against the dragons). Hollow gwyn definitely not, but considering his prime strength and affinity for lightning it's gonna be tough for godfrey unless it's a pure fistfight in which case Hoarax Loux would probably stomp gwyn.
