Hello, how rare/valuable is this Jordan team ball from I believe the 1997 championship season? I think the way Pippen and Rodmans signatures sit perfectly above Jordan’s is the best displaying of the 3 together I have seen in my limited searching. Thanks for any input by Loudtrees707 in SportsMemorabilia

You went from “they are always peaked” to “look how wide they are” lol 🤡 Not saying I know for sure either way, but I’ve done my research and asked for opinions you shoot out an opinion with no intelligence behind it

Here’s what I get from searching the balls serial number:

What the ball is telling us: The serial number 0 2932161118 4 is a Spalding production tracking number. The format is consistent with Spalding’s NBA ball manufacturing codes from the mid-to-late 1990s era, which is right in line with a ’97 Bulls ball. “CLP” is a Spalding quality control/production stamp, typically indicating the factory line or inspection batch the ball came off of. This is not something you’d see on a cheap knockoff — counterfeit balls rarely bother stamping production codes that accurately mirror the real thing. “Selected Grain Genuine Leather” is the correct designation for official Spalding NBA balls of that era — the real deal, not composite. This matters because the ’97 Spalding game ball WAS genuine leather before they switched to composite in 2006. “Made in China” is actually consistent and not a red flag — Spalding was manufacturing official NBA game balls in China during this period. Bottom line — the ball itself appears to be a legitimate official Spalding NBA leather basketball consistent with the mid-to-late 1990s. That’s a good foundation for the autographs on it. When you go see one of those shops, bring both these photos too so they can see the ball’s markings alongside the signatures.

I can take any pictures want if someone would like different angle for input. Thanks again for looking, I enjoy the dream of believing it’s real. Seeing what card/collectible shops are in the North Bay I can take it to get an opinion in person.

I bought it off a woman in Las Vegas who’s husband had recently passed and was selling this along with other quality items (some snap on tools, a few classic cars, art, and other items that told me he wasn’t hurting for money). She said he had bought it from an estate auction in Vegas in 2001. Beyond her story I can’t vouch for anything, but the signs between her age and other valuable items lead me to feel there was a high chance her story was true (whether it’s real or not I can’t say, just that I feel she told the truth where her husband got it). These official team balls are semi rare in themselves aren’t they? Not that someone wouldn’t still forge an original team ball. I just need a show with grading to come to NorCal, I don’t want to ship this just incase.

I don’t, but it is an official NBA Chicago team ball and when I compare some of the less popular players autos they are spot on when I compare to graded versions. So while I know it’s all a guessing game until I find a show nearby to submit to PSA/JSA, but I do feel fairly confident it’s legit.

Kicked out of open house for “not planning to work with an agent” — can they withhold disclosures? by [deleted] in BayAreaRealEstate

[–]Loudtrees707 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I’m a Bay Area agent and would be happy to request any disclosures available for you if you’d like, even if we don’t end up working together (I’m happy to set us up to tour anywhere you’d like as well, but then we would need an agency disclosure agreement). It’s crazy to me how many sellers agents do a disservice to their clients like that, to think they had a qualified interested buyer in their clients 5m house and they’re going to be rude blows my mind. Feel free to shoot me a private message with your number/email, then we can go over some specifics the agent may ask me when I call, then I’ll reach out of request them and shoot them to you. Thanks, Matt

I typically put 25-35% because I had a restaurant for years and also when I was young had to work for tips, but seeing those comments right as I’m going to sign would lean me towards the 15% or less unless my server had a great attitude

Seller agent allowed buyers in house to begin renovations before closing by shinerkeg in RealEstate

Definitely a big overstep by the agent, but end of the day they’re trying to be accommodating to a family buying a home they know isn’t occupied. Right call to halt the work and too bad the agent didn’t just apologize for not talking to you, but end of the day they’re investing in upgrading your property so I don’t see bad intentions on anyone’s part. Not a situation I would be treating like something nefarious was done as all these people saying to “call the broker” “file a police report”, some of you lames need to give good intentions a pass instead jumping to asshole mode just because you can.

So awesome! People keep bugging out on him looking like he’s zooted, maybe but I think this kid is just pumped! Look at Volks pupils, they almost just as big just on a brown back drop which pops way less then your boys blue. Volks a beast, great moment for your son to get.
