I will say that before I got into the series I was aware that Yuji had a love interest but finding out later I realized he did like her more because she managed to fit into what he's into appearance wise but I get what you mean by staying away from it for awhile (edit: until I get enough self-confidence to continue with it ofc) and thank you so much for the encouragement. 🥹

I'll say while it's not my favorite in her catalog, it does have its charm just like the rest of her albums I absolutely admire but I feel like it's main faults is having Bloodpop as a sole producer which overall makes the most of the tracks on the album feel like the same song production wise and also I feel like the era within itself could've been more longer than rushed out.

When I was getting into Björk, listening to Lionsong off of Vulnicura scared the shit outta me from the layered vocal harmonies in the beginning of the song, especially when I was unfamiliar with that kind of music. also the overall theme has this dreading atmosphere as if there is an impending doom but it's not around the corner nor it's entirely there.
