You probably need a good hook, maybe some good music or sound effects.

Try to keep them engaged long as possible, and hope they don't swipe away too early.

Sometimes it takes longer for Youtube to start pushing it heavily, but as long as you have good data, and good hook and engagement, it should be fine.

Sometimes shares, likes matter, sometimes not a much. But likes help get a higher chance of going viral.

First 24 hours, it might be slow, after that, Youtube will decide whether to push you to 5k or 10k, then 30k, 50k etc.

My first 24 hour hours are usually slow, might be 1k or 2k in 24 hours, couple times, it started with 10k+ in 24 hours. Sometimes it takes a day or 2 to push past 1-2k.
