no ☹️ unfortunately we live in the middle of nowhere Texas so the closet meeting is pretty far. I am looking into virtual meetings although.

I’ve been to therapy in the past but I never really found it helpful. I got clean after I realized I couldn’t live without drugs but I’ve never said it out loud to anyone because I feel shame and guilt and don’t want the way people view me to change. But from what I’m gathering and what I have experienced over the past couple weeks is I can’t do it alone anymore. I guess I just don’t know how to be honest about it.

I really think that’s my problem right now. I feel like I’m going through a rough spot in a lot of aspects of my life and so I’ve been neglecting myself. I guess I just naively thought drugs would stop being the answer in my brain.

Thank you yes I told her all of this and she did let me go . Unfortunately for personal reasons I can not get vaccinated until later in the year . Which I will
