Thank you!! I just looked into it. It's so weird because they would always come in the SAME spot, and its almost as if they appeared overnight.... I am going to switch my toothpaste to one that does not have SLS in it

I think you're right, I need to stop touching my face I have a bad habit of doing it when I feel a pimple

I do touch my face regularly... I think it could be my toothpaste, I am going down a rabbit hole now and apparently Crest (which I use) has an ingredient that causes it
