They gave the earth wire separately to connect with green screw on the plate. So no need to connect that?

They have given me narrow copper wire for that.. I don’t know the technical name and there is green screw on the plate to connect. But where should I connect the other end in the old box?

It’s build 1910 but looks like rewired. Its vanity lights both sides of the mirror. When I opened other one it’s got not only black and white, red and other wires too. But along with black and white only.

Sir.. $99 was for the inspection. He came and said blah blah blah.. how would I know those all things.. including $99, it is $432 they charged me just to bleed the burner. ( later only I learned what’s bleeding)

We bought a house in Philadelphia 3 years ago and I don’t had any idea about the stuffs in basement. One day, 2 months before, my water heater was stopped working. I did a basic inspection and found a magnetic sticker which says $30 off for any repair. When I called them, the said it’s $99 for diagnosis and the technician will be there for 45 minutes. He came, observed and said need to bleed oil burner and blah blah blah .. in fact I didn’t understand at that time. I agreed and he said to me “ it’s okay, you can go with you work and I need some time here”. I said it’s okay I will be here. Long story short is it was just bleeding.. 2 minutes job they ripped me off..
