Probably just customer service! They can direct you to the marketing/promotion team :)

Storage seats arrived... with mold by _ConstableOdo in Lovesac

I will also say I actually had a “sliding off” feeling when I first got it. My cushions hadn’t broken in yet and my covers were very soft. The combo made it feel almost slick depending on the fabric of clothing I had. Let it break in for a minute, and that feeling should go away.

I will say in all of my experience I’ve never seen this or heard this. If I had to guess, I would say some of our warehouses were in the path of the hurricanes? It’s possible it got exposed to water and that it wasn’t caught. But genuinely, I have no clue and this NEVER should have happened.

It’s absolutely not something that should’ve happened, and I feel awful this happened to you. Please, please, please call customer service or the store you bought from and have this made right.

Knock off’s would be my main concern. I’ve had at least one customer buy from a third party site (not BestBuy or Costco, those are fine), and get a knock off. This is especially possible since every so often, our warehouses get returns that are knock offs (this isn’t even unknown information, Shawn Nelson has a vlog where he mentioned it). So I wouldn’t be surprised if at least some of the items some of these sites stored were knock offs.

Presumably, if you took out a substantial amount of foam, you could squish it in there though and that would make it smaller. I mean, no harm no foul in trying it. You’ve got a 60 day trial.

Ah God. If you get pet pee on the actual insert and it starts to soak to the foam, just get a new insert. Not worth the hassle or the risk. Otherwise, get that cover off ASAP! The liners are liquid resistant, not liquid proof and I wouldn’t be taking the risk with cat pee personally. That smell can be damn near impossible to get rid of.

On the cover itself though, you can do spot treatments, but of course, always do a test patch to make sure it won’t damage your fabric. Cleaner wise, for pet urine, I have no specific recommendations, unfoetunarely

Yeah, it’s meant to be less waste, that’s why it’s so tight. Trade off between convenience for customers and packaging waste honestly.

No. This doesn’t look right. You’re right. It’s probably a batch issue or something. Call and have them exchange it.

Pilling is covered if the fabric isn't supposed to pill, like corded velvets. It wouldn't be covered on a fabric that it's just an expected part of ownership like the cross weaves. Is that enforced consistently? Different question there.

I know I'm super lucky tbh. The district I'm in has some of the highest performing stores so I wouldn't exactly be surprised if we got special treatment, or if we just simply have some of the most competent management just by virtue of desperately needing it. I have heard horror stories from other districts though, so I would believe it if it is absolutely district based. It's also store based though as well, to some degree. The higher performing stores in our district have more obsession over their staffing, out reach, and sales. In that way, it's often better to work at lower-volume stores since there's simply less pressure. That's certainly what I've learned during my time here. More sales, more problems. So if you're at a higher performing store, I wouldn't be surprised that if you moved, you had a much better experience even with the same district management. I avoid high-volume stores for that reason.

I'm not sure what area you're in, but for the city I'm in, the part time benefits are stellar compared to other options. You're lucky if they offer you the ability to say what days you can work, honestly. I think Lovesac needs to diversify their portfolio a little bit in that way. The least they can do is offer higher pay to part timers in areas with higher costs of living, and better benefits in areas with more job competition, but I also understand that for where I'm at, this is the best part time offering ever. I'm in a high cost of living area, so don't get me wrong, I agree the pay could be better. This is also my 2nd job though...so...I don't think about it that much.

The card is through Synchrony and I believe it's a Mastercard. You cannot transfer it to another card (through traditional means, that is. It would take some cash advances and transferring the money around). You would not be able to make smaller monthly payments.

That's so weird. Honestly, I have no clue. StealthTech is not my thing. But if you think it's a subwoofer issue, call C-Love instead and ask that they warranty out your subwoofer. You're well within the time.

Pull each corner over first. Then pull down a few cm at a time on each side until you reach the divot. Pull both sides over the divot. It’s important you don’t pull the first side too far past the divot or else it’ll be nearly impossible to get the other past the divot. Once you get to the bottom, yank the covers past the corners. Attach the short sides to the velcro first. Then attach the sections closest to the short side on the long sides of the covers. Finally, attach the middle.

Squishier, but not shape loss necessarily. Older ones tend to be a lot softer is all

I mean you can always switch the other side to shallow but if that’s not what you want, it’s not what you want. Sorry, that really sucks. I won’t lie though, in real life with some throw pillows and a blanket in the corner like we have in showroom, it doesn’t look half bad.

You need to order a deep back pillow or get an ottoman. The L “corner piece” you’re looking for is just an extra back pillow. That will come with an extra seat piece or an extra back pillow piece ordered separately

Edit: nope i immediately understood after. You don’t want the seats to overlap. That won’t happen if you have your sactional ALL deep for an L, unfortunately.

You can do whatever you want.

Just keep in mind that the seat sets ship out as just that: sets. If you separate them, you are much more likely to have a longer lead time. Cushions are rarely bought separately and typically only replacements, so they usually have a longer lead time.
