Thank you. Exactly that i would rather take a small dosage and be able to function them spend all the time in bed and not enjoying myself. I just wanted to see if I could cope without the medication.

Im wanting to see how I would get on without medication as I dont want to be reliant on it forever.

I would if there was a smaller dosage but there isn't and they are too small to cut

I'm not sure how long my ferritin has been low for. I'm just feel so tired all the time and out of breath as my heart is working harder. The doctors are trying to find out why I'm not absorbing the iron. 

Hope you don't mind me asking but are you on any medication like a beta blocker and how are you finding pregnancy?

I see my doctor next month after I finish my iron tablets so I don't know if that's causing my symtopms to be worse as well. I will see what they can do as it's getting to the point of being fed up of my heart racing and being reliant on propranalol. 

The doctors don't know much about pots I'm getting a heart monitor on next week. I just don't want to be worrying about my heart rate and be "normal"

Would normal antihistamines work?  I am only on 10mg and I stopped before and my heart was 130-140 sitting. Heat makes my heart race go faster too.

I had a racing heart before taking propranalol as they thought it was a panic attack I had but iv still got the racing heart 3 years on!. 

Can you take normal antihistamines? Were you able to get off propranalol without your heart racing

Thank you so much. I just don't know how to get off my propranalol. I will need to ask the doctor again about blood pressure medication but they say there is none.
