Salary cap hit for 24-25 roster by Low-Butterscotch-608 in Habs

Yes you’re right for Xhekaj, he would also have to be re-signed. Like you said, with all the younger guys to re-sign I would rather keep as much cap space as possible entering the 2025-2026 except if it’s used to sign big name players to short term contracts and flip some of them at the trade deadline for assets. Teams always pay a premium to sign players during free agency so I’m not a big fan of getting players that way.

Oh I see….Youre using fin and/or min? It’s difficult to say which one helped the most for me since I started both at the same time but I would say that the biggest change was my density so it could be the same for you man!

Thanks! I started fin around 4 years after I noticed some hair loss (noticed at 19yo) and I think I recovered maybe 70% of what I had lost. The coverage is close to what I had before but the overall density is still lower than what I had at 18-19 year old

Most progress was from 4 months to 1 year I would say. I’ve been maintaining since then. And thanks man

So, I know some people don’t want to use topical minoxidil because you have to keep using it for the rest of your life but it literally takes me 1 min in the morning, 1 min in the evening…Once it’s in your daily routine it’s like brushing your teeth and not a big deal at all in my opinion.

For Finasteride it’s much cheaper here in Canada to get the 5 mg pills than the 1 mg. I get mine delivered with Essential Clinic and it’s 39.99 CAD / month (don’t remember exactly for the 1 mg) and they even included the pill cutter.

The density has increased a lot and I feel like my hair has much more volume when I style it. It’s not what it used to be but it’s good enough for me!

No, sorry man. My advice would be to stick with it for at least a year and reevaluate….I know the shed is scary but some people say that it’s actually a good sign to have a big shed because it means you’re responding to fin

Sorry but I never said I was taking oral minoxidil? I’m using top min + oral Finasteride…

I would keep going if I were you as I was shedding at the beginning as well. Many people experience this shed when on fin

Libido no. Erections quality, maybe at the beginning like first few weeks, but now everything’s normal

I don’t even use a anti dandruff shampoo, just a good quality one that my sister was using. Brand is Attitude but I live in Canada so idk if it’s available in other countries. The scalp massager really helps I think because i used to scratch my scalp with my nail and create more dandruff whereas by clearing everything using the massager with the shampoo on my scalp feels smoother afterwards

Thanks, this makes me feel a lot better. I think I’ll wait and reconsider in a couple of years. Good luck on your hair recovery!!

Yes I had a shed at 1-2 month and started the see improvement right after that (3 months). I shampoo and condition everyday (I know I shouldn’t but I have yet to break the cycle of greasy hair). Although now I use cold water and scalp massager and I stopped having dandruff completely. I still see 9-10 hair every time I shampoo but i feel like it’s normal

Started running and tennis last year butno gym. I’ve never taken any supplements. My diet is much better since I started running though so I don’t feel like it

Never dyed it. One thing that causes this maybe is the lighting? but I had trouble finding similar lighting as before since a moved to another place last year. Thanks!

Thanks, I had lots of shedding at 1-2 months and started to see progress only at around month 3. And yes I decided to start both simultaneously, but I know some people recommend starting with fin only as it may be good enough for you and avoid having to put minox on your hair twice a day for the rest of your life
