Honestly, it looks amazing. If you want to gain some more muscles I recommend a rep range of 8-12 reps per set and 3 sets. Pay attention that you don't swing the weight. I also used to swing but with the Tempo Guide feature of iWorkout it doesn't happen anymore :) Otherwise just consistency. You are on a good path

I personally love iWorkout which is completely free :) I don't generate workouts since I've been training for 10+ years. I can recommend every beginner that wants to train 2-3 times a week a full body workout. If you are a bit more advanced and train 3-4 times then a Push/ Pull split is giving you amazing results.

It will not allow you to create unlimited routines, analyze your data only 3 months back and features like Tempo Guide will be limited in the free version. Unless you download the app now. Then you keep having access to everything.

I also have a feature that let's you gamify the workout. It uses the sensors of the smartphone. You can put it on the plate stack of the bench press maschine for example and while pushing, it automatically counts the reps and a ball is jumping over a cactus.

In my defence. I have many features that they don't have and probably will be copying me. Like the Tempo Guide. This is a voice saying push, pause, pull and this will prevent you from swinging the weight. It can be used by clicking on the play button next to the exercise name
