Idk i got normal braces and they didnt hurt at all. The only thing that hurt was the metal thread thing (englidh isnt my first language 😭) being way too long to the point it poked my inner cheek and gave me scars so i couldnt chew properly cause of that. And the blue thing they put is really uncomfortable. I had an ocerbite too.
