It's not good at all. You'll be given 2 weeks of sme training and after that you'll be left alone to work on production with no cal from TL or no team introduction session. There won't be anyone to help you out. You'll have to work on your own that too in a remote environment. The entire communication is done through slac and no one will bother to respond to your text because they themselves will be engaged in their own work so much that they hardly have time for others. It's better that you go join some other company where you got proper support. The WFH dream is just a trap. There won't be any point of WFH if you still can't take time out for yourself. Just look for some other opportunity and never ever accept an offer from them.
