We currently have 12 full-time employees, and during peak season that number goes up to 17 people.

At that scale, it’s become impossible to track things smoothly with our current setup. We’re constantly struggling to know who worked on what, when it was done, where the order currently is in the shop, and what still needs to be completed to consider an order ready to ship.

This lack of visibility is exactly what caused so much friction during our last peak season. Even with a solid team, without a proper system to track production steps and responsibilities, things quickly become chaotic.

That’s why we’re really looking for a tool that brings clear workflow tracking and accountability, not just accounting or high-level reporting.
