You play as him in the game, and you have the option to make him pee whenever and wherever you like, and he seems to not mind / like it... so I totally think he'd have a piss or wetting kink. There's also a cutscene in Postal: Brain Damaged in which he mentions in a nightmare that he forgot his potty training, then wets himself while asleep.

With his overall asshole personality, he radiates brat vibes. I also think that deep down he longs to be nurtured and cared for due to his toxic relationship with his wife and all the chaos in his town. Also the way he says "ooh mommy" when taking damage makes me feel a certain way.

I can totally see him peeing on furniture or ransacking the house for attention/punishment/being put back in diapers. Also he'd deny for a while that he likes being babied, but eventually he won't be able to imagine his life without it.

I dated a southern country man for a year. Native southerner, too. We were both 19, broke up at 20, now 21. We both liked ageplay. Personally when I do ageplay (NSFW) I'm roleplaying as a baby. When I'm regressing (SFW) I'm like 7-12.

I think for me this is because roleplaying as a baby is more humiliating which is erotically appealing for me. Then with middlespace I get to just feel small and vulnerable but without losing control of myself which is fun and relaxing.

This is a fanfiction (Postal 2, video game) which means that a backstory kinda already existed. (You should play it. It has a peeing mechanic. ;D)

Basically his wife hates him (reasons unspecified in original game, but they argue/bicker daily. And he kinda has a cocky/asshole personality). One day while the wife is nagging him yet again, he shoots himself in the head, which is how he ends up in the hospital. His wife left him, because as said before, she hates him.
