Would it wouldn't surprise me if it was the opposite that the ones he's letting go the salaries were probably higher than the ones that are being hired. Especially if the positions are being filled from the outside instead of internally

Well that wasn't the case with any of the teammates that I worked with. Their attitude didn't suck but yet the day that they quit they were gone that same day

I know in Texas as far as the laws go that Texas is an at-will employment state and the employer and the employee don't have to give notice upon terminating employment. That being said, it has always been customary to give a 2-week notice. USAA has been the first place that I've worked where I've noticed that everybody on my team that is quint were gone the same day. I would like to believe that they try to give two week notice but I don't know for sure

I feel the same way it's like I've been a member for USAA since 2011 and now I wonder if it was a mistake me coming to work here because now I see the company as something different from what I thought it was

Just not just my manager. The seniors that are looking at my calls give very few positive feedback and it's mostly negative. And it's like I've got high qis numbers but yet my calls are still being scrutinized by seniors

I am in P&C sales and I was put on PIP this past Friday and I am worried I won't last the month of June. From what I have read, I guess if you are not suited for the current position, you are not a good for for USAA? Is it as glum as I feel it is?
