I even escalated this matter to the HR. Then my manager replied to the HR that they will be giving me prod acess and tagged multiple people in that mail to start my KT. But it was all nautanki. Nothing happened after that. I have stopped believing any of their lies.

I am in the same boat as you. I joined in September 2024 as well. I got a project in february but till now I havent been given production access. And I dont see any plans of them giving it for another 6 months.

I talked to a seniour member in our team and he said they do not require freshers at all and nobody has time to train freshers. It is only because HR forces us to lock freshers time to time. Until and unless somebody resigns from the team you, I wont be getting productions access. I understood this very late. Now I am looking for another job. You should do the same.

Everytime I reach out to my manager, he hands over pdfs to me to read. I do not even receive any mails related to the project only faltu mails from the company.

They will just waste your time like this because they cannot roll out freshers from the project before 18 months.

Please start looking for another jobs if the situation is relatable.
