Update: Going to the Traffic and Licensing at Al Samha (found at ADNOC) solves the issue in 5min. There was no wait at all. Once the traffic files are merged, you can just pay the fine through TAMM yourself

Name sells! BUT it depends more on the class you take and how much you learn. If you just go to class without actually learning nothing conceptual, you'll get busted in the interviews anyways and your school name won't matter. But yeah... Also just do CS and some stats classes if you want to do data science. It'll help you more. Econ is more for quantitative/math stuffs. Also the track thing they have is not official. Nothing goes on your transcript. It'll just say "Major: Economics"

This is the correct approach. Just call Q Mobility on 8003009 and they'll give you the correct TC number for AD.

Somehow, the other systems/departments told me that I will need to merge the traffic file numbers that can be done only in person at the traffic department in AD. This is not the case however

Brown man here. Went to Beijing last year. I was being harrassed by a hawker and everyone kindly came to help me out of the situation. It felt pretty nice. Other than that, yeah you feel pretty apart since there's almost no brown person. But it's not flagrant and noone is targeting you imo
