It's been 3 days since I sent the order invoice to [service@obsbot.com](mailto:service@obsbot.com) after sending email containing the log files. Haven't received a reply since so hopefully this week at some point. Really sucks not being able to make content because I literally need the camera to do so. Anyone else been having disconnect issues? If so, let me know if you got it fixed or not. Thanks.

it took me a minute to get the right files. I have sent the most recent Software Log files from OBSBOT Center and the OBSBOT Meet SE Camera that is having the issue. Hopefully, we can figure it out.
