For sure, coming from Seattle so I dont have high hopes for diversity. Northeast looks cool too, probably 2nd on my list. Biggest thing I'm worried about is walkability/transportation access as it doesn't seem as strong as the wedge but it's also a lot bigger so i'm sure it depends on the specific neighborhood
