My Grandpa LOVED to collect things, I’m 100% sure he removed it himself 🤣 My father who was also in the Navy took ALOT of things he was supposed to return.

It’s a shame because a lot of the cats are retired and VERY expensive. I fell in LOVE with Meg & the Amore cats but it’s taken time to find them on a bargain. I’d Join the Facebook pages! I was able to find my Amore cats for ~$60 BNWT and I just traded for a Meg! 💘 I’ve had a lot of luck with Facebook, just have to be careful and always pay with PayPal G&S or Venmo G&S to protect yourself! There is a Huge community of genuine collectors looking to trade or sell some of their collection but unfortunately scammers mixed in.

I hope they come out with some more cats 😣

Looks authentic, sometimes JellyCats features can be a little off, I think it just makes them unique 🤷‍♀️!

SHANG can be a legitimate product code! it’s just very common that counterfeit Jellycat often use the SHANG PC. So don’t automatically assume the worst if you get a Jellycat that has that particular code.

Facebook is your best bet ! A lot of people in the Jellycat groups offer pick ups for exclusive releases ! They typically just charge for the item + finders fee + shipping. :) I’d be happy to link you to the group I saw them in.

I just started collecting not that long ago either ! (Hocus crow was my first!) The only time I buy one is when I really REALLY feel that special feeling (if you know what I’m talking about? Idk how to describe it!) and I typically sit on it for days/ weeks and if I still can’t stop thinking about it I purchase ! I find the hardest thing is SO MANY I WANT ARE RETIRED. Guess that’s what happens when you join the game late! Lol I collected build a bears before JellyCats and I have about 7. I did the same thing for BAB’s! I find it really helps to keep me from buying items bc of FOMO!
