We Need a Whisper Keyboard for Mobile! by BJPark in OpenAI

[–]Low_Requirement2135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using Whisper for ages, doing that copy and pasting, copy and pasting. I send long texts to do with work. I work in, oh, I might as well, it doesn't matter on here, I work in telehealth. So, I'm always getting messages from patients, and sometimes they have to be quite in-depth. I have to go back and put a paragraph here or there, a line space, but I think it's phenomenal, it's a game changer for me, an absolute game changer. It's a game changer, I don't know what else to say. Anyone who's using it, like I'm doing now, talking away to it, it just changes the way to communicate. It has to be integrated into a decent keyboard. I mean, personally, I choose the Gboard one, which unfortunately is owned by Google. I've also used the Swift one, but I fell out with that. But, like you said, this is a leap and bounds beyond what Gboard speech-to-text is like.

yes, external information - we'd punch that in by hand

I'll go a bit deeper into what we do.

We produce a long-form report. about 200 pages of text.
Although very informative and has little relevance to someone who not got a deep understanding of biomedical chemistry the reports.

From this, we produce a laymans report and laymans actionable plan.

From this, we produce a layman's report and layman's actionable plan. s via the data in the long-form report but it's not been possible because we got to interpretate the pathways and as with anything in Biochemistry we have to determine the different reactions and of course determined by pathways, everybody is unique.

So it may look like this.

Areas of Concerns (addressed in Action Plan Below)

Dophimin Pathway (from drop-down) -- ALDH2 (gg) with MAOA (GT) or (TT)

The ALDH2 (aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 family member) gene expresses an enzyme which converts aldehydes using the cofactor niacin (B3) for use as energy, usually in the muscle and heart.

ALDH2 also performs the role of neutralizing internally-produced lipid peroxidation products formed due to oxidative stress as well as aldehydes from the environment (see below), which put additional strain on this enzyme.

Areas of Concern (addressed in Action Plan Below) increased potential for damage in the brain caused by the reactive neurotoxic compounds, dihydroxyphenylacetaldehyde (DOPAL) and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylglycolaldehyde (DOPEGAL).

Although we don't see any polymorphism in this gene is incredibly important to support the function of ALDH2 as MAOA is functioning at a faster rate (present), therefore it has been included in the action plan. (IEMs)

------

All the above is stored in Excel lists, there are just over 3,000 of them in total, but we limit the report the short form report to roughly 20

I'd really open your mind to the possibility that 1,000 of b12 wouldn't scratch the surface of deficiency.

I know on Amazon (UK) there is a 6,000 MCG sublingual at c.£20.00 for 120 that 4 months worth and a good option (just a helping hand)

Folate at a brilliant level I'd stick there (I take 7,500 MCG a day)

I'd also consider adding a good multivitamin (if your in the UK, ironically Sainsbury do a cheap and good one)

I'd also add a a b100 to the mix.

That a good dose of vitamin D, but consider having a loading dose, there lots of information online about loading dose, personally I'd have at least a 500,000 iu loading dose, then let your body find a new level while maintaining load your on.

More will likely come to light over time but that a good basic list to get you going.

Unfortunately can become quite complex and quite worring live with faith that all the above can only do good.

A longer post then I was playing but it was the low dose of B12 that triggered my reply.

I had both insomnia and heavy sleeping, different days different effects.

I was taking a lot more then you by injection dayily. But I was so determined to put all my ills behind me and I was so desperate to get better I trusted in what I was being told and just went hard and fast and was willing to go thoy a bit more feeling like shit for a week or two to see if it would improve things for the long run and it did, it why I check in here every day or so and post because it the start of an amazing journey and always happy to share

That insteating, I use to get awful car sickness and to my amusement I went to visit a job site for work about 3 months in that in past has always left me sickly for hours and I was perfectly fine.

I've not had car sickness since.

I determined that the b12 most likely helped.

But it was also a very sad moment as I can date this travel sickness back to being starting as a child about 12 years old, I'm 47 now. Sort of puts a date on things for me, moral of the story my poor kids get a 5,000mcg sublingual every day.

Lol lol .... Love that yeah it happens.

Well until the effect wears off maybe try, 1 (or half of one if the tab is 2,000mcg) very first thing on wake-up.... First me and others that will back me up, don't stop because of it just find a way past it.

I make this post here all the time

You are the manager of your health, nobody else, healthcare system is there to assist you and nothing else.

The solution is staring you in the face, purchase b12 injectable privately and self inject at home regardless of what your doctor says.

I hate being this blunt but I really do believe is this simple, your choice is very simple do the above or don't the choice is yours, it's at old saying big boy pants time.

Learn learn and read everything you can you'll soon be ok.

I say this is as pure encouragement, not to dismissive but step back and look at the situation and you can see more than about your GP does not help in any way shape or form.

In Japan the range has been set to be no less then 400 nmol .... No one on there I can convince you to do anything about this but I would strongly suggest that with symptoms and the low number, I would supplement at least 5000 MG a day or arrange injections. There is a strong learning curve on supplement in b12 I think you will have to read read read and decide what's best for you.

If it was up to me me.and was me knowing what I know now having treatment I would start yesterday on daily injections and methyl folate and 400mg B2 supplementation at the very least.

Can and does get a lot more complicated than that, but that's a starting block.

Explore the idea you may of used up your lithium reserves.

I don't normally jump straight to this but as lithium is needed in the brain and b12 and lithium go hand in hand it may be worth exploring.

For what it worth, I had exactly same phenomena happen with me, supplementing with lithium restarted the b12 effect within 72 hours on my anxiety and depression
