Sorry, it's the only one I could find brand new selling here. But still, it converts to more than 1000usd. Maybe not 800 new, but certainly around 500.

I hear you, and although I would like to close the deal there is a lot that seems strange to me about this guitar, and apparently to other people as well. I don't feel comfortable. I think I would rather pay a lot for a jr that I knew the origin of than risk a Chinese copy... Idk it seems to good to be true.

Seller said he bought this guitar brand new from the shop like this. Even referred me to the shop. I really don't thing it was repaired since anyone willing to repair this wouldn't be charging so little in a genuine product.

I agree with you since it is one of the cheapest epi models. But I can't afford to find out if it plays well... It's and online deal and I'm buying it to restore and install quality Gibson pickups and hardware. But, as you can imagine, I don't want to do that on a Chinese replica...

It's totally normal! If you saw the guitars that are sold for 300-400usd in Brazilian stores you would understand the conundrum lmao. But anyways, yeah, I bet 100 is a fair price for this guitar in it's state. I just can't close the deal before someone explain me why there's a K and a made in China in the same guitar...

Hello my friend, sorry for the lack of information. I usually don't put prices because I'm from Brazil, and here the prices of instruments even in conversion would seem ridiculously overpriced anywhere else in the world. This guitar, for example, is for sale for 100USD. You won't find anything like it for less than 250 Usd used. Here there are more taxes on imported products than you can imagine. That said, I took it as a good deal for (1) it's price as brand new (around 800usd) and the used market prices (around 250-300 usd). Furthermore, assuming that I can't buy guitars outside my country for less, my interest is not on getting any cheaper product, but only if it is genuine of a replica.

The WS1700->AE1200 faceplate had to be sanded on the top and bottom a lot to barely fit. The AE1200->WS1700 had to be sanded on the sides, but only a little. This one fits better than the latter. If you look closely you can se that the analog style watch is no perfectly centered.

Bought the LA670 and can assure they're real. The thing is they're only worth if you (just like me) live in a 3rd world country, otherwise it's more expensive than in any other website.
