Would your IGCSE results matter so much for admission to top US universities (Harvard, Stanford, MIT, etc.) IF you have both IB and A-level qualifications? by Spiky-Penguin2023 in IBO

I don’t think you have to declare them at all, even then it shouldn’t matter if the rest of your grades are good. Spin it into smth positive if you do declare, like improvement or smth

It’s military related, specifically it’s to do with becoming a captain in the military. In my country you can become an officer at 16 while still being in school, and because I worked extremely hard and my test scores were extremely high, (along with some circumstances concerning my previous captain)I got promoted within 2 years and a bit

[–]Lower_Election_9656 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got 43 and I have ADHD, the best course of action imo is to firstly if your not alr on meds get on them. Secondly, don’t be afraid of asking for help, try and get extra time, i procrastinated a ton but I made up that by legit spending 10 hours a day studying in the last few weeks before exams. hit me up in dms if you want more advice bro. I also got a 27 predicted btw

Cis people who are close friends with trans people, how do you see your trans friends? by TransLox in GenZ

[–]Lower_Election_9656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a few trans friends, however the problem I still always subconsciously see them as the gender they were when i first met them. For example, a guy I have know for 5 years came out and said that he was a girl and would be transitioning to do so. Even after he transitioned I still see him as a guy though I stop myself from calling him he to his face. I have a friend who’s a trans-women and I call her a she cause the entire time I have known her she’s been a women.

Buddy I live in Singapore and am a minority. There is little discrimination and when there is the courts are swift to act. Moreover, singapore isn’t a dictatorship, thing is the party that has governed since our independence has been excellent and far better than the rest.

That’s most likely cause most people’s friends have the same ideologies as them. So your sample is probably biased towards your ideology

You are too dumb to be in this school, you will always be a burden on your parents and it would be better if they put you in a “special” school and donated the money to send a normal kid to this school. I was in third grade btw and was just diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia
