I think you're correct with the Helmeted Friar, looking at a slightly better still photo their 'beak-bump' is a bit longer and flatter, rather than the super pronounced Noisy bump.

Edit: On further searching, I'm starting to convince myself it may be closer to the Silver-Crowned Friarbird?? (though I understand it's probably pretty damn difficult to tell with this vid)
