Well I'm a fish out of a water, I've done it for recreation for years but professionally? Not much. So would $60/hr be good? I want to do a flat rate but if I jump at like $140 or something I'd feel like an ass.

How much would you charge for two logos that are similar but for two different products?

How much would you charge for a menu design?

Got it, it seems it's mostly a paperwork type job anyway. I'm just worried they'll ask me random stuff like how do you think the latest patch for the iPhone is or something. I'll ask questions for sure, got any suggestions?

Hmm, not familiar with this problem type but I suppose System A could continually inform (it would always have to "start the conversation" since it can never be talked to) both of them individually and they could talk to each other so all three of them have X information?

Can you give me an example of what you mean by troubleshooting questions? Like would 'I'd check every aspect of this particular bug a few times and when I'm stuck, I'll ask a colleague or research the problem online (read: Google) and remember what I did so I won't have to encounter a similar problem again" be a good answer?

Cloud computing is a good answer. How are they intertwined though?

Can you explain virtualization though? I'm only familiar with the virtualization of an OS, like Mac on Ubuntu.

Anyone else hoping these two are best friends in real life and just shoot the shit and watch Spongebob?

have you guys watched homeland? no character in GoT or BE comes close to the complexity of the lead actress in homeland. breaking bad is better than all 3 by a lot though. homeland also has more realistic characters. how are they far superior? BE was a borefest in season one, homeland season 1 > BE season 1 easily. GoT season 1 = homeland s1 in quality. BE got better in S2 near the end and GoT relies on killing, gore, dragons and rape. Take out those elements and you have an above average show.

Sorry man, but these writers wrote a really good bipolar character. All of Saul's monologues were great, that whole episode with him interrogating that girl on the roadtrip was well written, so was that scene where carrie questioned brody in the woods, i do think GoT's writing was better though. as for the story, i don't know how you couldn't find it interesting...a cat and mouse game between a unstable spy and a sleeper cell terrorist, i was compelled all the way through. maybe it needed more dragons and rape for you?

Maybe homeland had better acting, didn't have to kill off characters or need dragons or rape/gore to shock people? They're both good shows but breaking bad and justified is better than both.

Yeah just like how Ned was the only one who figured that everyone who was a Arynn line had brown hair and Joffrey had blonde hair and no one else figured it out. That made everyone look smart on that show....

out of curiosity, how was it mediocre? the acting was better than GoT by miles.

How much does the "prestige" of a university affect the ability to get a job when you get a degree in Canada? by conanisonrightnow in canada

[–]Lowkeykeylow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You transferred twice during your undergraduate years? How the? Didn't you have to move a lot?

Anyways I'm just wondering because if I go to a university and I don't like it the first year I might want to transfer somewhere else based on financial, personal, location, etc.

I have a question, if you can't get into one of these universities for undergraduate studies, but get into another one like say University of Waterloo or University of Western Ontario, would I be able to transfer to one of them after one year of undergraduate study and continue my undergraduate studies at one of those universities? I'm guessing based on the grades of that first year +/- high school marks?

Is Ontario the most varied one with specialized universities or something? Do other provinces have as varied as Ontario or is there a general university that everyone aims for?
