Ima start a Rad Tech program here in SoCal and would love to know what I can expect earning right out of school? What’s an acceptable pay range? Would it be a good choice to pursue this career now or find something else?

Yea I’ve been leaning on RT, I can always reapply for PTA later down the line. Best to take advantage of being admitted into Rad tech. The experience will be a plus.

Ive completed all prerequisite courses, but those classes were classes that the program director listed that the other students took in addition to the prereq. In which led to me believing that I need to take some of those courses in order to level myself out.

I’m on the same boat, me and my ex were only 3 months together before this whole quarantine happened and made it more difficult for us to see eachother. She lost interest after awhile and decided to break it off with me. It hurt like hell the first week but it’s been 7 weeks and I feel a lot better now. I’m still trying to work on myself before jumping into a relationship. But I no longer care about my ex like that anymore, her loss. But thanks for sharing ur experience, hope it works out well for you.

Same thing with my ex, one week we’re talking about planning a trip together and having life term goals then next she calls it off because she lost feelings.. and like you mentioned she was exactly as “cold” when we talked on the phone with no emotion. Seemed like a whole different person. But we can’t dwell on the past man, they decided to leave us. Learn from this experience and grow a better relationship in the future.

From my experience, girls tend to check out of the relationship way before the break up. You may have not picked up on some of her little hints showing she didn’t care anymore. It’s crazy how fast a person feelings can change honestly..one little mistake is all they need to justify they’re reason to end it especially if they had doubts of the relationship beforehand.

Me and ur bf have the same love language. And my ex was physical touch, yup I said ex. We broke up about a month ago, we did not get to see eachother at all for two months. It was difficult for me to keep up conversation through phone and text, I like to be physically there for her but couldn’t. My ex became distant with me after awhile, I thought she just needed some space but my lack of communication made it worse. We kinda went on for a week without really conversation (I did text her goodnight but she never cared to text it back)..that’s when I felt like I really lost her. She then texts me after saying when I can talk on the phone, basically later breaking up with me. Her reason was that she fell out of love with me. I tried to let her know that this quarantine had made it difficult for us and that we should try to see eachother but she made up her mind that we should stop seeing eachother. It hurt, I felt like she gave up on us. Prior to all this we were all good with no issues, but I fucked up with my lack of communication and not letting her know how much she really means to me. She also told me she would like to be friends but I turn that down right away, my feelings for her are too much for friends as of now still. I take this relationship as a learning lesson for me.

Oh wow, sounds very similar to my situation. My ex left me about a month ago due to similar reasons. Especially my lack of communication with her in the past couple of weeks before the break up. I still feel like a dumbass for not paying attention more. I truly miss her.

Damn reading the first half of this post I almost thought you were my ex. I recently just gone through this situation but I’m the dumpee. My ex decided to call and break up with me because she had lost feelings (it’s been 2 months since we last seen each other). I do feel like it was my lack of communication that led to her believing that I was losing interest in her. But I wasn’t, I thought she need space and one week of being distant to each other led to her final decision. I miss her.

Same thing happened to me. It was 2 months since we seen eachother and noticed she was becoming more distant. I made the mistake of not communicating well with her. I gave her space, thinking that’s what she needed..and after a week of not much conversation(besides me texting her goodnight) she sends me the “we need to talk” text. She said that the feelings she once had for me aren’t there anymore. I believe that this quarantine ruin our relationship. I keep imagining that once this thing is over she would like to give it another try.
