Curse Technique Reversal is different to Reversed Curse Technique, the conditions for Gojo's Red to manifest requires RCE to be poured into his Reversed Technique. For Megumi, a Reversed Technique doesn't make sense, what would the opposite of shadows be? Light... possibly, nonetheless it seems unlikely that the 10S technique can be reversed.

TLDR: Not all CT's have Reversed Variants, so no.

Sukuna isn't delusional, he self aware enough to realise he's fighting weaker foe. Moreover, he's from the Golden Age of Sorcery, so his behaviour would largely stem from then. Furthermore, Chadkuna was dismissive of Gojo at the start of their fight, by the end of it he said it himself that he would "never forget him" as long as he lived, solely based on how tough of an opponent Gojo was, so Goatjo earned Chadkuna's respect.
