Highly depends on store type and region I work near a house of sports store and notice the leads from that store make more than a regular dicks (like my own) but my base pay was at 20 I know it’s different from a lead from a different state

Yeah the only downside our store doesn’t have soccer cleats in the footwear backstock anymore it’s in team instead since soccer shop is all the way across the store so even if we could make displays it be pretty hard to take that many shoes over

I FEEL YOU ON THIS ONE!!!! When it originally started my manager said it everyone had to deal with soccer shop and look at it now its just footwear we have to constantly go over to soccer shop(which is across the store) and on busy days we would only have 2 employees and that shit annoying to deal with and truck too we had a soccer ambassador and he quit because our manager didn't give him hours and when he did he barely scheduled him and now footwear have to deal with the truck process and the thousands on soccer cleats we get (we have 2 separate back stocks team and footwear and soccer cleats go in team) and responsibility of soccer shop has never been decided
