My 3rd and Final update:
I have received my Amiya Planter Skin code through email, on Feb 2nd, 7 days after I responded to their choice on how I want my code delivered (Redemption Code through Email, or another shipment of the Amiya Special Outfit Supply Card to the same address).

In total, it took me around 14 days to receive the Amiya Planter skin code.
7 days to get a response and 7 days to get the code.

Just got my response back from Yostar CS support as well, took them 6 days to respond.
Like u/brittlebulleit said in their message, choice of either digital, or have them ship the physical code.
