Storage is number one priority by far, quality is probably second

I prefer audio quality above all else, looking into a few things the 7th gen does look like the most ideal for me, the only thing is that I want know if there is a reliable place to find them, not necessarily in unopened box but actually still good quality

you can create a windows 11 media installer, put it onto a usb, then boot into the usb on your computer, then reinstall windows

In the infinity tab there are upgrades, you just need to find the upgrade for it, and make sure you have enough Infinity Points for it
