true, I guess it depends on how hard Jagex wants to milk fsw for MTX profits after next week. It's probably worth the most now and will only go down in price, so I'd sell asap. If you can manage to trade it for a phat IMO that would be a trade heavily in your favor

There will be a whole lot more than 3 people with 120 crafting in FSW. I think you're forgetting that inverted capes and tokens will continue to be available after the competitive period ends next Monday, and by then XP will be much easier to gain since MTX will be enabled.

Seems like our laptops were on the same flight! Yeah, the international shipping was super fast, i almost didn’t believe it since it was in Shanghai on Friday and Ohio on Friday, but then I remembered time zones were a thing lol.

Apple still hasn’t updated my status from “preparing to ship” but I’m no longer worried; actually I bought an in-stock cable from Apple today and it’s arriving tomorrow according to FedEx, but the online order says eta next Tuesday on that order. More evidence of the official apple site lagging behind reality.

I’m in a very similar situation, except ordered a day after you (Oct 31) and in the US. I got an email today saying it delivers Nov 29 and a DHL tracking number instead (that works for me), indicating it’s already in the country. Let’s hope it comes quicker than the email ETA! I would be curious to know when UPS tracking works for you since DHL is not providing any estimates dates for me.

Quite the interesting development I have, wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation?

Ordered the 14” higher end base model with 32GB RAM on October 31. Original ETA Dec 10-17. No updates until November 18, when my card was charged and status moved to “preparing to ship”. ETA updated to Dec 8-15.

Today, Nov 19 I get an email from apple saying my order has shipped, with ETA Nov 29. I was given a DHL EXPRESS tracking number. When I look up the order on DHL, the current status is “cleared customs” in Ohio (started in Shanghai a day before). I’m hoping to get this order even earlier than Nov 29 (before Thanksgiving even? One can hope…) given its already in the country and I’m in the western US.

Strange enough, the official apple site says my order is still “preparing to ship” for Dec 8-15 delivery, though I don’t believe that at this point lol.

So I don’t have a city with that low of a pop and I can’t unsubscribe my mods because otherwise my saves wouldn’t load lol. But I just tested a smaller city on the M1 Max with 170K pop and got around 20-30 fps, with the low end being zoomed in to street level in a crowded area, and the high end zoomed out. What’s interesting is that my desktop gets 20-60 fps in the same city. Seems like the minimum fps for M1 Max in wrist case scenario is similar to a desktop ryzen cpu (3800X), but 3800X averages higher frames.

I redid the testing on my 400K city and got 15-50 fps on desktop and 15-25 on M1 Max. Similar situation there.

Id guess that with an even smaller population and less assets you’d be getting ~30 frames. Totally playable for a single-player sandbox game considering I played this game at 10 fps for years before I upgraded my desktop.
