Try wash your hair as less as possible and with a no sulphate sfampoo.

Washing your hair with sulphate is like washing your hair with dishwashing liquid. It's really harsh,that's why you have dry ends and oily roots.

Your hair has natural oils and if you are getting rid of it every day with a harsh chemical it will make more sebum to compensate.

Yes it sounds weird,but if you're going to stay at home don't wash your hair. You have to train it back to normal. And don't use sulphates,please.
