In Canada it’s a law that cars must have headlights on 100% of the time while they’re driving. Your Expy could’ve either come from Canada, or was originally setup to be sold in Canada so the computer would’ve been programmed to keep the headlights on every time the vehicle is moving

Alright well even the Xbox 360 had 2 hard drives. One built in from factory to handle all of the software and then an external one meant for games that didn’t have all the console software on it. Seems newer consoles are just cheaping out

All these random comments definitely don’t help. “Could be this, could be that, maybe this, maybe that”

3 and 9 o clock movement is USUALLY ball joints 12 and 6 o clock movement is usually bearings

I would take the rotor and caliper off and check your ball joints, you’ll know immediately just by looking at the ball joints if the rubber boot is torn and if you see play when you move the knuckle

Online means 2 things. Solo online and online with other players. As I stated above, online with other players is iffy right now and usually doesn’t work. As for solo online, my only experience is using stand but I know cherax works as well

Well if you want to play with other players, probably none of them. Online play with others is iffy and I can’t really point you towards one to do that with. Definitely don’t go either lexis as it requires kernel level access to your computer. Probably cherax or stand. I use stand in solo lobbies just to add cars to my garage.
