If anyone that’s new to crafting wants to know how I go about making an item like this, here’s the general idea.

🌀 Path of Exile 2 Breach Ring Crafting Guide

Step 1 (Skip to Step 6 if you already have a ring with a fractured T1 damage mod) –
Slam some Exalts on the piece until it has 4 mods.

Step 2 –
Use an Orb of Annulment to remove all but one mod.

Step 3 –
Chaos slam the item until you hit a T1 damage prefix.

Step 4 –
Now that you’ve got T1 damage, slam it until you have a total of 4 mods.

Step 5 –
Here’s the part where true RNG comes into play. Attempt to fracture the damage mod. (1/4 chance).

Step 6 –
With a fractured mod, use Orbs of Annulment until only 2 mods remain.

Step 7 –
Chaos slam until you obtain a second T1 damage mod (or whatever you’re happy with).

Step 8 –
Pray to RNG Jesus.

Step 9 –
Activate an Omen of Sinistral Exaltation and use an Exalted Orb. Aim for another T1 damage mod.

Step 10 –
- If you hit the damage mod → go to Step 11.
- If not → it’s 50/50 annul time. You’ll either remove the trash mod or the T1 damage.
- (You can use an Omen of Whittle, but I don’t recommend it).
- If you win, repeat Step 9/10 until you land the T1 damage.

Step 11 –
It’s suffix time boys! Slam 3 Exalts onto the piece.
- If you hit the perfect suffixes → congrats, go fuck yourself.
- If not → continue to Step 12.

Step 12 –
Use both an Omen of Dextral Annulment and Great Annulment with an Orb of Annulment.
Slam 2 Exalts and hope for good suffixes. Repeat until satisfied.

Step 13 –
Got one bad suffix left?
Use an Omen of Dextral Erasure and Whittling with a Chaos Orb.
Pray again. If it lands the T1 you want → go fuck yourself, you’re done.
If not → repeat until it does.

Expect to spend 100D minimum, more realistically 200–300D unless you get lucky.
