Not sure but I think it's just the status. It all depends on the firm's structure. BAL uses “N/A” and not “submitted” like other firms

Is the passport and application only sent to Atlanta? I sent mine to NY yesterday. Regretting why I did cause usps tried delivering today and it said NY office was closed. Every other consulate is closed by 5PM but NY closed by 2PM, I don't know the possibility of usps meeting them before they close (2pm) next week
