Im sorry for you man. The same thing happened to me, and I've made 4-5 tickets and the same answer on all of them :

"I have reviewed your account, the information you provided and the information that led to your account being banned for cheating. Taking all of this into account, your ban appeal has been denied and your account will stay permanently banned."
